Level 1 final :



Level 1 has now been finished with the following changes :

*1 new Area
*Water now gone (Faster game play for slower users)

*Zombies can now walk up stairs

Thats right , ive used zombie mod to make a nice game for you to play

Please make sure you PC can use Fps Creator (X9) in the highest

Ok , here are the key features that match cod5 standards :

*Buyable Areas
- When you buy a new area , More zombies will come and it will finally get harder

*Buyable Weapons
- You start with a simple pistol but you can buy 5 different weapons including ammo

*Zombie Respawing
- Zombies will respawn , not in waves unfortunately. When you kill a zombie , it will respawn a couple of seconds after dying


This is a beta and and is going to be buggy , the only known 2 bugs I know of is that zombies don't tear down barriors , they seem to glitch through them and the purchase hud doesnt disapear until you choose to decline or buy the item.

It looks really bland. I see no entities anywhere aside from the desk and lamp. Liven the place up, make it messy. Put some overlays all over the place. When there are zombies places need to be messy!

And I don't think the brick wall segments blends well with the gray/blue concrete wall segment.
Just liven it up a bit. Good work so far though.

Signature's are stupid.

Yea , This is currently a beta like I said , Im planning on adding more stuff soon after I come back from my holiday

Anyway , download it and see if you think there should be any other changes then just furnishing

@Bigsnake, I downloaded this earlier today, and I have to say, out of the three 'Z-mod' maps I've played so far, I enjoyed this one the most by far. It was the only was that had an open enough area so the player could actually move around without backing into a zombie spawn point, and I could actually see where I going in this one!

The frame rate on my computer was steady at around 18FPS; most likely because of the shader effects. Personally, I would turn them off, and just add more [static] clutter to your maps to provide the extra 'eye candy' for the player without sacrificing frame rates. Adding the crawling zombie to the spawning might also add a little variation to the game.

The weapons need some price adjustments, though their damage values seemed to be pretty accurate. I was able to buy the SAW after killing only 3 or 4 zombies, and once I obtained that weapon, I was unstoppable. You might want to consider lowering it's ammo capacity, and raising it's price, maybe even make it available in the second or third room (later in the game).

There is one annoying bug I've noticed with all of the Z-mod maps. When you walk up to a weapon, most of the time, weather you purchase it or not, the HUD will not go away unless you walk back up to the same weapon and press either Y or N.

Overall, I think this map shows the most promise out of the three at this point. Looking forward to an update.

Update :

Since im going on holiday from tommorow I am gunna release a quick update.

Update will be in the top thread whenever Im finished.

The update includes the following :


*New area
*2 new weapons (RPG and Crowbar)
*No more music cutting in and out depending where you are in the level
*New weapon prices
*More objects in the map

is this the nazi zombies wave end music? i put that in one of my earlier non-z-mod games and took it out as it is illegal. i have no idea why it would be there, as i took it out. ask arenas.

Well i got the song from youtube. So im not sure if its illegal if thats the case, but i would advise just using the z-mod music in non-commercial games.

*Add 1 more area
*Remove the water
*Make a new level

Ripping music from a YouTube vid is illegal in and of itself. Not to mention there are so many videos on youTube that are illegally using music, there's no telling what the licenses are for them in the first place.


As far as the game goes, in terms of being able to shoot zombies, I'd say it lived up to that expectation. Beyond that, the level felt very poorly laid out. Lights were coming from unseen sources, the segments didn't seem to match the atmosphere, and the rooms felt fairly empty. I'm not saying having an empty room is bad, but there should be a reason for it to be completely devoid of entities.

I played it and it was great.
Except the music.
I cant stand rock and roll, i dunno what it is but it irritates the shnot out of me.
Gimme classical any day!
Its much more cheerful and awesome and if its trumpets played like war music it makes me wanna go fight.

But anyways, the game twas great!

I have free music up for use in FPSC in the models and media-- i have a whole album up for Free and then some-- feel free to use ANY media you find from me -- for any purpose thats what its there for bro

tum-ta-ta! infinite spawning questions solved!

1.there is no script.

real 1. right click on your character.
2. give the character 9999 max spawn (any higher will not work),
max at any time to anything (i recommend 1 or 2),
spawn after delay to yes, spawn when dead to no. delay to any value ( i recommend 300) and you should have infinite spawning for your character!
