The Mystery Nine Game is a detective game. You play as a gumshoe detective named Eddie. He is investigating a strange note that was left in his office one day. With knowledge of the note, he started seeing some strange occurrences in which you get to experience and investigate.

The NOTE:
Dear Detective,
We are warning you ahead of time. You will find that the next 9 days will be the worst in your life. DO NOT do anything to make us mad or you will pay dearly with not only your life, but the life of your love ones. You have been warned.

M9

Looks good but what about lighting? And those buildings should use more variations.

I am saving lighting for the last preparations towards the end of this game. My main objective is to get all 10 stages set and scripts function properly. To show that I have not forgot about lighting entirely, here is 3 pics of level 1 with lighting.

the buildings in level 1 are suppose to represent a living area in which all the homes are Identical.

The lighting in the first screen, is well, no lighting at all, just fix that up, seems you already have
Should there be a guy in full battle armor in the middle of the suburbs?
What's the red box around the car about?

Keep us updated GX.

I came back after losing my job, and I cannot stay away from making holiday games.

Like I said, lighting is the last thing I am going to do.

all part of the story, you will find out when you play the game

Quote: "What's the red box around the car about?"

I wanted to do something more unique and easier to control for a finish level instead of a win zone. This exit marker will only pop up when you have found all the clues in a level and given a correct answer to a certain question.

let me elaborate more on the detective that you play as. The detective holds skills and talents that would classify him as a CSI/forensics agent. He received the note one day threatening him and his family if he were to get involved in 9 specific cases that he did not know of. He tried his best to avoid these cases, but they just popped up in front of him and he had no choice but to investigate them and find out who M9 was and ultimately put away a extremely dangerous criminal.

EDIT: I hope that when it is completed, that everyone will enjoy playing it.

Again, you need lights! Otherwise, your entity placement skills are great, love the design.

I use a lot of media that I downloaded from places like fpsfree.com and fps-files.com, as well as media that I made myself. when I head up the final stages of the game I will include a list of all those people that worked hard on the models I used.

Well, I really must say that those lit pics look quite impressive, but, I don't like the second screen of your last post, those trees are extremely cartoony, and I absolutely hate the way you used segments to express a diagonal surface. But keep up the good work, your doing great!
