According to what you wrote I can guess
that you dont know DB or know only the basic stuff
so my first advice will be start learning DB with tutorials
and the help files (the book ia also very good option).
My second advice is take it one step at the time
multiplayer programming is not simple and it takes time.
If you want that someone will write you a multiplayer code
and give it to you I almost sure that it will not happend.
