Yip it's back in full swing.Will be starting with scifi again.Just to get back into the swing of things I have started modeling again the last few days after the accident a few months ago...

This has given me a few ideas.I hate the plain stairs and made some support railings which I'm still playing around with.

Also you will notice the a wall segment and higher polygon platform
A sort of a grate type railing I know the texture doesn't fit I'm just playing around a bit..

Got back to some emails and might have some projects to be complete ASAP.One confirmed one which I'm starting again with next week.

So this will be a good time to make requests again.Remember any requests has to fit in with the current theme and textures.

Oh almost forgot about the ceiling.... enjoy

Thanks guys.

This one will be more focused on removing that 4 x 4 room look.
Some more stand alone railings and window, grates and looking at upgrading some flat entities like the barrels and boxes...

I haven't received any requests so I presume your leaving it all up to me to me
Oh before I forget I'm looking at expanding the alien texture segment
With supporting windows stairs organic type stuff

Still playing around some thing like this a organic type support beam

Hi Guys

The newest release (1st beta) should be done by the next week.A Sunday release as always.

This one will be a great one as it will have some stuff left out from the previous one.

Like the round room floor ceiling thing.Had plenty problems with that one where segments didn't align or had gaps....

Amazing! I love the first two you did and now I'm eagerly looking forward to this one! Those tunnels look superb btw. You really have a knack for expanding the usefulness of FPSC by eliminating the 4x4 box look.

For those who can't wait.Here are the meshes.Will have to import and texture your self...

The upgrade will have the CSG's and the T-junctions which is not included in this.

The normal rules still apply.

Does pressing the TAB key twice allow an inside view like it does with segments such as corridors? If so then it's no problem. Yeah, I hate that line between segments, but I notice it less with some entity/segment creators than with others. I really haven't looked into it but I think it's the base segment that the program uses.

Yip took all of 5 mins to split them and the line is there...So yeah I'm not going to supply the split one with the upgrade I will however upload the meshes later on with the T junction.

Entities and guns and higher polygon models I can understand people put much work into them...

But stuff like this would be insane to charge for it's simple Boolean

The rest of the sentence have best intentions (thank you !) and does hide the fact that there may or may not have been a remark with other meaning attached to it. "Good for you" In general usually refers to being a sarcastic remark.

Yip I'm working on that

512 x 512 texture only goes so far.Should I wish to use the same texture I'm going to have to split the segment into 2 parts which I will hate doing.

So I guess I will have to go for a Higher res texture 1024 x 1024 should be more than enough to cover the larger double segments alignment won't be much of an issue.Thanks for the critic!!(No pun intended)Lol

When splitting a double semgment each part will be a limb of the object. This can help in avoiding player been stuck

Hi guys

I was left with a rather nasty egg on my face with regards to the mars city segment pack.But I'm not here to talk about that.

The good news is that I uvmapped the segment for the scifi upgrade this will form part of Sunday's upgrade.Also added a new corner segment as well.

This will be mapped to all scifi or compatible textures.
