FPS Creator X10 / problem when i move up a level to add a second floor and when adding an elevator....

I've noticed that when i add a second level that a gap appears between the levels, i know its me having an red backwards moment but can anybody tell me why this happens? also when i add a lift with elevator tube it elevates to the sky and disapears from view? why is this and how can i correct this feature?

Make sure you have a top segment on the elevator tube.

I'm not sure what you mean with the second level though, could you elaborate some?
