I tried countless times to map this boxing bag

I've included a download with the model.

Could someone texture it for me and upload the map to show me what it should look like Thanks.

I've been checking out your work. Your models look good but all your textures are needing work. I've attached the model and a quick UV for the punching bag so you can see a sample layout. It's done with LithUnwrap. Keep up the fine work.

Brian.

Eww... Still might need some help here lol...

I did this - (Download)

and got this
http://image.fps-files.com/images/41snapshot1.jpg[/img]

I coloured the body and it was looking good so far.. like in the picture. Then I did all the other parts... and it still looked exactly like it does in the picture. What did I do wrong?

It looks like you used my UV on your model. When you lay out the UV map, it lays out the mesh to match.

I've attached the whole model so you can check it out.

The thing about his UVmap is that you have to have his version of your model for it to work. Once you UV map something it has to be exported again with the UV coordinates and then you can use the UV and texture it.

I think he meant for you to use his UVmap as a template and try it for yourself.
