I made this some time ago but never released it.
Deep cave segment good enemy collision in FPSC V1.15.
You might want to create a terrain entity to allow access I didnt make this for any particular game so it may not match stock floor levels.

Use in your games, retexture do as you wish commercial or non-commercial.

When i double click in the editor to get the segment out, an error pops up saying:

Runtime Error 7001 - Mesh number illegal at line 10147

The segment looks really nice, good job, but can somebody please tell me how to fix this problem?

At night i lay awake on my bed, gazing up at the stars, and i wonde-hey, where'd the roof go?

Its ok, the same thing still happens lol but thats fine. It looks awesome, thanks for posting it...

EDIT: I think i found the problem, so i changed around the file names and the file names in the script to meet the actual files. I can place the segment now, but when i do, it just appears as a huge chunk of a light brown rocky surface. Is this supposed to happen and im just seeing it wroong?

Thanks rolfy. Works like a charm. Nice addition to our theme games. Plus your spiders will fit in this quite nicely.

Cheers

Offtopic, your spiders have a strange problem.
If they kill you, and you respawn somewhere else, theyre still biting you.
I looked at the scripts but didnt see what was wrong.

General, I reckon it might be the poison spiders, you have to kill the one that bit you before it stops although I would have reckoned it would stop if you died and respawned, thing is its a long time ago and I just dont remember all of it lol.

Oh, i get it, cause you've been poisoned, right?
That makes perfect sense.

Model packs, it may appear to be a big lump of rock, but if you place a player start marker in the centr of the 'lump' in the editor and right click it, raise it up till its inside the cave and you will see its much more than that
You could also place your marker at the flat surface at the entrance if you want to appear outside the cave.

I did as you said, but i get an error report every time i try to test the game. I wish i could see it for myself, it looks really cool.

At night i lay awake on my bed, gazing up at the stars, and i wonde-hey, where'd the roof go?

If you downloaded and installed the updated zip in first post I can only assume you have just overwritten the old files, try deleting the bin and dbo files in the segments/cave folder. You also mentioned changing the fps file, use the one I provided as you may be referencing the old meshes.
Hope this helps.

I'm trying to put my own segments into FPSCreator, they show up in the User folder, the image shows fine, but when I click "OK" after clicking the segment, the same error Model packs got shows up, Runtime Error - 7001. I'm pretty sure the problem is where I placed the files, so does anyone (anyone meaning rolfy) know where I should put them?

Very very nice. How do you make segments with a different mesh?

Also, the words of title of this thread do not have capital letters..... NONE!!! I am very disappoint
