I have a 17mb dds file that's why... Is re-sizing the texture the only way out?

Got an error in the Aztec_Shrine.rar file.

The file Moss_Stone_Wall3.dds will not extract, and my WinRAR says the file has an error. Anyone else receiving the same error?

Also the Aztec Shrine appears as a little spec. I am not too sure why, but want to check to see if anyone else having similar results.
