[edit]

DOWNLOAD

There's the download. The lighting sucks but whatever lol.

It's nothing special and it's not quite finished. But I've been working on a little multi player level the past few days.
I don't generally do much with FPSC so I'm really not all that good. But for me this level is really good so I decided that I'll release it.

It'll be finished by tomorrow. It's very close but it's 5am here and I haven't even gone to bed yet lol. So I'm not going to finish it up just yet.

I'm using Fenix Mod and on my terrible computer it averages 35-38 fps. So it should run great on all of yours.

I haven't added the weapons yet. I'm not quite sure which ones I want in. It for sure has the Chugshot because it's awesome lol. Just not sure which other guns from Model packs 9 & 10 I'll be adding in the level.

In the meantime, here are some screenshots.

Screeny 1

This first room seemse a bit too bright for me so I'll tone it down. And from this angle you can't see the light sources, but there are several ceiling lights.

Screeny 3

And the map layout. I'm quite happy with the layout, it's not quite finished though.

Looks very nice! I think I have never seen your work before. But looks good. Maby some more stuff here and there. And it's pretty much stock right now. I mean the segments. But overall looks good.

Your first project here, cool! Looks nice,I would tone down the ambience to like 5 so it would be nicely dark, would be fun to DM there.

I love the stock scifi segments. It's all stock and Cosmic Prophet lol.

I'm still adding entities. It is MP too though and if it's over done, can lag. So I'm trying to find a good balance.

I've shown a few things here. It was all stuff from when I didn't know how to use FPSC though lol.

Thanks for the kind comments.

Thanks for the tip dj. I'll build it with those settings now. The full lightmap build has been building for 12 hours and is no where near close so I'll just stop that lol.

I'll play it if you upload it soon and pack it with vishnu.
(with something that compresses the files else it will take waaaaayy to long for me to download it)

Dj that little tip was awesome! Thanks. The lighting came out a little funky though. Some light sources don't look like they're turned on but whatever MP isn't all about fancy looks.

I have to go to the gym right now. When I get back (usually about an hour) I'll pack it with Vishnu and upload it.

The download is ready. It's a .rar and packed with vishnu. The download 128mb or something like that.

I can't play tonight. I have to do some dance for a bachelorette party (don't ask lol.) But I'll play tomorrow during the day.

I tried to play your game, but it glitched on me. If I did play however, I bet it would be awesome! Good work!

It glitched? What do you mean?

And sorry I haven't been able to host. The past few days I've had a life outside of my computer lol.

And I'm having a birthday party in a couple hours. (Tomorrow is my real birthday.)

The name box froze on the menu and I restarted it. Then, it wouldn't finish loading after I clicked play.

Cool, happy early birthday and on-time Halloween.

Looks good, nice use of stock media, I'll definitely play this. Nice job...

I've seen it all. Except for myself ever not failing at something.

Three of the rooms in this level are made with Cosmics stuff

Personally I get tired of people complaining about if a level is made with stock media. FPSC is awesome because of the media it comes with so why not use it? Yes it's understandable that levels would start looking very repetitive, but if done correctly (which I think I did well on), even only stock media can still look very diverse.

Not like I haven't complained about people using stock media, but I only do when they make their levels repetitive looking.

Screenshots and map layout look excellent.
Looks like your off to a good start, but remember Jenkins most developers do not finish there games.

Finish what you start!

Good luck and hit me up for your audio needs.
