Dark GDK / Custom main window with transparency

Hello,

is it possible to create main window in custom manner, non square with transparent parts ? i mean a blank transparent window where i apply an image and specify that black pixels (by example) are transparent. and in trasparent part we can see the ms windows desktop.

is that possible with gdk ?

I think you can do anything with the window unless you don't know much about the Win32 API.

You can include "globstruct.h" and do anything you want with the window by passing g_pGlob->hWnd as the main window HWND.
