Zones are easy enough to code yourself, or alternatively, there is a full set of 2D and 3D zone commands built into the Matrix1Utility dll available from my site ... along with lots of extra commands too.

IanM - What exactly is the Zone command, I went to your site and you said it was like what you had in AMOS. What is AMOS?

AMOS was a BASIC programming language for the Amiga.

A 2D zone is just a rectangular area that you can check to see if a point is within. The most obvious use of them is to specify regions of the screen and check whether the mouse pointer has entered one of them.

I also thought that a 3D zone might be useful so I added that too.

Still have my Amiga 1200, sold my 500 to buy the 1200. Still have a copy of AMOS also. Of course have not booted the computer in I think 6 years, and don't even know if the 40mb hard drive works. Ha, this computer has a 40GB drive.

Isnt there still a big fan base for the Amiga? I know you cant buy new ones. I never owned one, but find the love by owners for them interesting. Like to check it out
