I uninstaled FPSC because nothing worked anymore and I forgot to make a back up of Cutter Next Level and the only link I find for it doesn't work anymore.
So does anyone know where can I find Cutter Next Level ?

TBH, the person who made that cutter pack never stops releasing stolen material. In fact, last time I was on the german forums, he was showcasing some textures from cs_office (counter-strike: Source) as his own and releasing them in segment packs.

Jeku always gets drunk and tries to Moderate the ocean. Tirelessly slapping the waves as they roll in.
