Does anyone know of a free program wher you type stuff and convert it to audio by one of those talker people. And how then do you make them appear in the game in subtitles. Thanks

well there is a tool with windows that converts text to voice but it SoU-NdS Li-Ke Th-Is (maybe not that bad but you get my point)

for subtitles
