FPS Creator X10 / upgrade problem

hi guys im haveing a issue i try to upgrade x10 in the help menue but it keeps saying could not retreave version check fpscreatorx10.com for updates then i went to the website and i dont see anything that says updates any ideas?

System specs has NOTHING to do with not being able to see a webpage

well , I can renember when I had my old pc , it gave me the same error when I tried updating x10 ^^

Here , I couldnt rly find the url to the full version of 1.09 but here is the last beta of it :
