Hello fellow forum comrades! I have a simple question dealing with the perils of creating a forest with a river running through it. I know Dark Basic Pro and DGDK.net decently well but was stuck with the forest. Ideally the forest would contain different kinds of trees probably loaded from meshes, but the forest needs to be big and would cause lag in the awesome game i'm making.

Any suggestions for forest or river? Either or? Both? Neither?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

For example tree creation you should use "Instancing" instead of creating tree as "stand-alone" objects. It will save up a lot of memory!

Are you looking for this kind of help?
