FPSC Classic Scripts / Cowardly Policeman

I'm trying to get a policeman character from model pack 4 to start off in a cowering position. I've tried adding the 'coward.fpi' script to both the Start and Main Ai but he just stands there looking around.

How do I get him to cower straight away? (see attached).

Edit: Ok, I've got it, just made a script with one line: ":state=0:animate=31".

There is one that looks like he's standing and swimming but the feet are off the floor so it'd look like he was floating, kicking his legs and surrendering at the same time.

I'm sure there is one where the character is crouching with the head down and hands up next to the ears.

You're probably thinking of another game, Nickydude. The only crouching animation I recall seeing in FPSC is the one where they go into an awkward crouching position with their arms outward, and start glancing around as if, for some odd reason, it wasn't the player that shot them and the real culprit must be somewhere nearby.

I used the coward.fpi on the civilian male and the bikini lady of the night characters and pretty sure they had hands over head when cowering?

I'm at work right now, so can't check, but if they have, then you can just merge that animation into and over the one for the cop.

I only use this for fun and have no interest in making commercial games ^_^
