Smart Packer Developer Library

This toolset provides allows (game)developers to create an encrypted/compressed archive with files which can be accessed through an included dll.
Can be used in DarkGDK and programming languages like C++, Delphi, Purebasic etc.

Features
- Compression algorithms: ZLib, BZip and PPM
- Encryption algorithms : Rijndael 128/256-bit, DES Single/Tripple, Blowfish 256-bit, Twofish 128/256-bit, Square 128-bit
- Fastest compression levels are extremely fast
- Good balanced compression levels provide both good compression rate and high speed
- Maximum compression levels provide much better compression rate than Zip, RAR and BZIP
- Fast Deflate implementation
- Extracting to memory buffer supported
- Creates self-extracting archive

Available functions in dll:
SP_OpenArchive - opens archive
SP_ExtractToBuffer - extract file from archive to buffer pointer
SP_ExtractToFile - extract file from archive to file
SP_GetFileSize - get filesize file
SP_UpdateFromFile - updates existing file
SP_UpdateFromBuffer - updates existing file from buffer
SP_DeleteFile - delete file in archive
SP_SaveFileList - saves filenames from archive to textfile
SP_CloseArchive - closes archive
SP_WipeFile - overwrites file several times
SP_LockF - locks file or folder
SP_UnlockF - unlocks file or folder
SP_BeginRestorePoint - begin session restore point
SP_EndRestorePoint - end session restore point
SP_Shutdown - shutdown pc
SP_Restart - restart pc
SP_Logoff - logoff pc
SP_Poweroff - poweroff pc
SP_LockWS - lock workstation
SP_Standby - set pc in standby mode
SP_Hibernate - set pc in hibernate mode

It does look remarkably similar. Especially with the way that the functions and features lists are exactly identical to this one.

The one you mentioned is indeed the same product but as WIP. However we have also Smart Packer which is an application packaging tool.

We have changed to the name of Smart Packer Encryption Compression to Smart Packer Developer Library so there is no misunderstanding.

Just ordered it, awaiting my download now... I could really use this since I'm too lazy to write my own encryption methods. But from all these pages there doesn't seem to be a command that actually ADDS a file to an encrypted file... I mean, there's one to extract them but none to add them on any of your feature lists.

Adding files to an archive file is described in the manual.

[UPDATE] Upcoming release will have features like:
- Seperate functions for adding a file
- Create System Restore Point
- Reboot, Shutdown and Poweroff procedure
- And a few more...

When a Smart Packer Developer Library license is purchased, free updates & free priority support is provided for a full version cycle. For example, if version 1.0 is purchased, all updates between 1.1 and 2.0 (2.0 not included) are free.

To see the difference between both products it is better to take a look on our site.

I've just received my lisence and will get into modifying my software to use it as soon as possible.

Any chance of an example on how to use it with the .NET Languages?
