It says view your order history to find a link to it, but it doesn't give me any link. I look at my history and all the model packs I bought are gone! Also my store credit history is missing. How did this happen? Is it cause I haven't logged in for months. So now I have lost all the model packs I BOUGHT, and there is no link for the model pack 36. Someone or mod please help!! That was about $70 down the drain....

I'm not trying to purposefully ask the most obvious question, just simply trying to help out, but are you absolutely positive you're looking for your purchased items with the correct email address? I've ran into a dilemma like this in the past, where'd I'd forgotten I used a separate email to purchase two model packs; needless to say I was in an uproar when I couldn't initially find them in the account I thought they were in

If that's not it, I'd contact TGC Support directly.

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

Awesome man, glad to hear everything is straightened out then! And I'm excited to see what new characters you come up with, yours were always very well done

Cheers
