I have a few questions:
-I got the lite version of DarkBASIC Pro and I found out that it hasn't got any graphic editors. Is that true?
- Which editor can I use to make for example a huge jump and run level?
- Which editor is good for characters?
-Can I download examples so that I can learn the programmer language?

I really hope you can answer my questions.

Thats true but why try to reinvent the photoshop wheel per say
You can use any 2d or 3d package provided it supports the required formats that DBP does.

- Which editor can I use to make for example a huge jump and run level?

You could use a matrix editor
theres a list of free ones on the RGT forum

http://www.realgametools.net/forums/index.php?board=16;action=display;threadid=4271

You could also explore exporting it from a 3d app
or you could invest in CShop and make BSP type worlds.

- Which editor is good for characters?

I like Milkshape but theres tonnes around

-Can I download examples so that I can learn the programmer language?

If you were part of DBDN you can access some snippets there also

http://www.darkbasiccodebase.co.uk

is a DB1 snippet site, You may have to modify some to work in DBP.

Thank you for answering my questions. Unfortunately I have more questions.

Can somebody give me the source code of a complete jump and run game? With that I can learn how to make my own game. Without that I would be lost.

How can I turn .3DC and .mwdb in .x? .3DC would be the character, .mwdb would be the landscape. Could you give me a detailled description, because I'm a bloody beginner?

Thank you!

3dc can export D3d or direct x which is the .x file format or the 3ds format is an option also.

IF u have an older version it may not do it.
