Actually, it's very simple. I need a 3D model of the Greek letter Sigma (Σ in a sans-serif font, with a bevel effect applied to the edges to give it a more appealing appearance. Don't worry about UVMapping it, I'll work out that myself.

Any standard format, such as x, 3ds, dae, etc. will work.

Thanks in advance!

Sigma, eh? That's a new model. Any size preference?

Enough for the character to be able to stand in them, but small enough so that they'd just barely fit through the Scifi sliding doorway.

Well, I have a horrible 3D representation of size in FPSC, so how 'bout I make you the model and you can resize it in the .FPE file? Would that work?

Cheers

Any progress? (Sorry, but I have a deadline, and this is one of the few things impeding my progress)

Sadly, I'm having trouble. It's hard to make something like that in AC3D. I understand your deadline, yet I may not be able to complete the model. I'm very busy as well. My weekends aren't even free anymore. I hope you understand. I'm sure someone else may be able to comply

Sorry again...

No problem, I think I can rig one together myself. It just won't be beveled (which isn't really a problem either).

Try this, It is just in a .X file format, (not sure about the door size, but you can resize it).

It is not UV mapped or anything, and only has a small bevel to the top and bottom.

Anyway give that a try
