Let me tell you some tips about huds:
- they have to blend with the scene, so no very light red hud with dark scene.(not to dark, wich i really like, good work)
- + A screenhud like a rec hud or a crysis like hud. Must be showing into the whole screen and not like blocks. So what i should do is make a layer transparant, add VERY VERY VERY VERY lightgray to it, add noise and then make that rec hud on it. Add glow, make it dark, and there you go it will now blend with the scene, at least it did for me. U can even make it animated with multiple images and multiple renders of the noise. Well this would be my own way, as i use it for my game, OrigiX (side project, a bit horror). But well... its all up to you. I think you are doing great stuff with your huds and i really like your atmosphere. I am also looking forward with some more ingame screenshots with some fog (brownish or geryish) well that is up to you haha, just giving ideas, i really like it. Keep it up!
