Without a mod probably not.
I don't use mod's (yet) but i know there are mods that should be able to something like or exactly that. Just ask around on the forum about Project Blue, Fenix mod and others.
I know this because i read a thread simmilar to yours, i think it was Project Blue, not 100% sure though.
You can try to message the creators of Fenix & Project Blue, and ask them. but before you do i would do a search about things like "weapon slots" "slot" etc first.
