FPSC Classic Scripts / X:XX Till Explosion?

Ive seen this before on a video.In FPSC,is there a script,such as you have a certain time to turn off a switch or escape(beat level),such as maybe the last level on Halo.If this has been answered a thousand times before which im sure,my apoligies.Cheers.

Does anybody really even read these?

well if you dont want to script just change the "IsObjective" to 1 so when you hit the switch it will end the level.
You dindt describe the scenario, if you do please let me know if you are trying to learn just mess around with stuff (that seem`s to work with me)

If you dont know how to change "IsObjective" this is how
1. In fpsc add a entity to your map (by the entity panel)
2. When the entity(your switch) is placed, right click on it
to open upp the edit window wich is on your left side of screen.
3. Find the "IsObjective" it will say "0" Change it to 1.
Try it and when you push the switch wollah it ends the game

You can (for example) give 3 switches "Isobjectiv" set to 1,2,3
in their "Isobjectivs" field then you would need to press all of them to end the game, or asign "isobjective" 1, to a character
and when the character dies the game will end.

set the entities life to the number of miliseconds or maybe seconds, i forgot, and if the level is not completed before it explodes, if the strength is really high and you have one life, you will die and have to restart.

Ok let me give you a scenario,as im familiar with the objectives field and thats not what i want.Say theres a bomb about to go off that you set.And you have to deactivate within a certain time by pressing a switch(which would NOT be the end of the level.The switch would halt the explosion and you could continue on.And id want a timer to show how many seconds you have left.I know this exists somewhere...

Does anybody really even read these?

That sounds just like my Bomb script If you have ever played Call of duty, search and destroy i have made a script just like that. This is what you can do with it in a nutshell:

1. If you dont have the bomb picked up, you cant plant it
2. When you have picked it up, you CAN plant it.
3. The inital planting time is set to 7.5 Second
4. starts a timer counting down from 30 - 0
5. 30 seconds to the blast..
6. I have made two kinds of blast 1 that makes the game end in "Level Complete" and one that just blows upp, and you can continue on...

It will be released freely after i am done with it (A sort of advertisment for my uppcoming pack ) But the pack i am making is for the Master Dinasty alone, or buyers with the right price. it will most likly cost about 10-20 dollars. The pack will contain more stuff but sadly i am not yet going to reveal what. If i will not complete the pack (for example ) we have a policy to release our files for free.
For example our uppcoming game "Beast" if its not finished, it will be released for free, comercial and non-comercial.
Sadly i cant speed upp the process since i am working on a story-line and pack at the same time. And the "bomb" script is a 150 lines.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO PLANT THE BOMB THEN DEFUSE IT?
(sorry cap(s) its just if you dont want to read the boring stuff...)

Of course you would have to set when state is equal to 1 character move for objective indicated by Waypoints.
