Thanks for your comments! I will change the segment, but I have a bug in this level now. When I test my level, it gives me an error when creating physics. I'm not sure if it said creating physics, but it was some word and physics. It's the usual error.

BUMP!

I have new screens! These are from the first level of the 3rd chapter. It's after you time travelled in 2nd chapter, to find about the past of the "Children". It's a medieval chapter. You will go back to the metro theatre things after this chapter. It will have like 3 or 4 levels. But the first level is an escape from a weird prison kinda thing. I tried to do a very atmospheric and dark feeling in this prison.

And to show you how I used Bond's shader in this wall:

And I got this weird thing going on with Jon Fletcher's (who by the way is awesome, just first time visited his site and saw some awesome work) medieval hands. The weapon is okay, like it's supposed to be.

I hope someone knows something. And I fixed the problem I said on the other post I made! But thanks if you comment (I will maby give this game free to the ones that stay patient with me and help me with stuff and support me trought this progress)

So, even thou anybody is not interested, I will post screenshots and bump this.

So, nobody knows this already, but I am also working on multiplayer maps fpr CotN. The first one I call Warehouse for now, and here is osme screens:

I will have all kinds of multiplayer maps in there, but this is the first and I hope even this gets your interests up. I am also working on single player too, of course. If I don't post in a while, that doesen't mean, that I don't work on it, that means that I am working on it and hoping for someone to reply and not just posting in a while, but this is still very much alive.

That is extremely dark for a multiplayer map. Other than that, it looks good, but it just looks too dark.

I got bad news! Almost all the levels don't work and there is a lot of bugs. Build game errors in random points (even if I make no changes to the level, it may error in a different point it did the last time) and I have lost interest in this, for the lack of responses and becouse all the bugs. My new project is going a lot better thou.

I may release the levels that are still working, but there are only few of them...

One of the few demos I played more than once

You used bond1s Metro Theater pack very efficiently. Instead of cramped corridors open spaces - which was in no way less scary.

The slowly reloading 2 shot Derringer was also a nice change to the usual weapons (although it took a bit too many shots to kill something)

After adding some story and cutscenes this could definitely be one of the *real* FPSC games.

Thumbs up!

Well, as I stated in my last post, you can give me your card. You know the card. And it was ment to be like, you need to shoot something many times to kill it. I thought that it would make it a bit scarier that way. I will upload the levels that still work here and then just leave this be...

Just dl'ed this and I gotta say: it's a shame that you've given up on it. There are a couple of funky things in terms of the physical world (like the stairs leading down that are split in half by a railing), and I can't stand that gun, but the most important thing is that you've created a real sense of dread within the game. Anyone can learn how to make the virtual world look like the physical one, but pacing is not as easy to learn, and yours is amazing. Your placement of ammo and mobs is dead on (pun intended) and, because you've resisted the urge to fill the level with both, that space lets fear build in the player. I actually jumped when I rounded the corner to find those two zombies there...and I was *expecting* them!!

Nice job. Now finish it!!
