If it is only a few words or lines then why not record yourself imitating it?
Everyone will know where you got the idea, but you will not be using their media for anything other than inspiration.
You cannot just pick a Movie that is already in the Public Domain either, because copyrights are complex and the audio rights come into play when removed from the video.
In other words, I can use the background music from a public domain movie as long as I am showing the movie or a portion of it.
However, if the audio track is removed from the film footage then the music's copyrights are what are in question and not the film.
It is interesting how some movies use other movies' audio.(legal licenses of course)
Some of the background music in 'Night of the Living Dead' was taken from the television series "Wanted: Dead or Alive" starring Steve McQueen.
Hard to tell if that music came from somewhere else before that show, but I immediately recognize it when I hear it.
You will be lucky to even get a response from a Movie Studio about using footage or audio, unless it is a generic No.
Good Luck
Quote: "Does anyone know where I can find the exact laws on this?"
Yes, I know where to go for the US, which is where that movie was made.

The United States Copyright Office
Be careful though, because international copyrights laws vary.
For instance, "Night of the Living Dead" is in the Public Domain here in the US, but it is not in most of Europe.
Therefore, distribution via the web brings it's own complexities.
