[New Year’s FREE Download!] Old Asylum, Church Ruins, and Abandoned Prison Model Packs—FREE!!!
Kravenwolf’s Hard Drive Cleanout #2

84 Entities in All!

!!VIDEO PREVIEWS!!

Abandoned Prison Video Preview

Old Asylum Video Preview

I finally broke down and purchased a more up to date computer for the new year, and I’m in the process of transferring files from my old computer to the new one. I did one final sweep in my FPS Creator folder, and I came across three model packs for some of my earlier projects that I will no longer be working on. But before I leave them behind, I’m presenting them to the FPSC community as a New Year’s Day gift! The download is at the bottom of this post, and will stay there for the next 48 hours, so make sure you get it as soon as you can!

The download file is 96 MB, and it contains entities for 3 uncompleted model packs, for a total of 84 entities and entity segments! Some of the packs share entities from the others, and not all of the entities shown in the screenshots are included in the download. Most (if not all) textures are in 1024x1024 format. As usual, you may use any of the models in these packs for commercial use.

Without question, the coolest thing that has ever been given away for free on this forum.

Kravenwolf, I have just perfected as of New Year's eve what has been my dream pipeline for five years ... FPS Creator to design and prototype levels with before importing them into Unity3D.

Now I have been sitting here all day sifting through high quality textures trying to put together the assets for the first level of a game I have been planning for seven years. I was thinking ... "If only I could get that kind of uber-grungy look that Kravenwolf specializes in for my first level!"

I have browsed your YouTube videos for months and when I saw this stuff previously I was thinking it was truly commercial grade artistic vision. Combine this with some CSG and you have the ultimate abandoned tenement. I never dreamed you would just give it away. Thanks a lot - I bought about $50.00 worth of stuff off your folder in the TGC store previously and all of it blends seamlessly with this work.

The best game to work on is the one you enjoy playing the most.

Very generous, great work as usual, downloading now, the quality is amazing I can't believe your giving these for free! You could've made the next official model pack with these for sure.

Anyway, thanks a bunch, enjoy your new computer.

Just tested out the entities and they were great. Though, why were the segments entites? Placing and editing them is a bit harder.

Sure, use them in whatever engine you like.

Because now, bond1's normal map shaders will affect the walls and ceiling

@Cleve Blakemore, I can't thank you enough. I'm very happy that you like my style. I wish you luck on your game, and I hope we'll all get to see a preview sometime soon.

@Everyone else, thanks for the comments, and I hope everyone had a nice New Years. There probably won't be anymore hard drive cleanouts from me for a while now But, now that I have a computer that can run bond1's new shaders and then some, from this point foreward both my store media and forum freebies will be taking advantage of normal and specular maps. I'm also planning a few TGC model pack releases for this year as well, which I'll show a little bit later

I love your style Everything is so dark and creepy... like my girlfriend. These look excellent and I look forward to making some games with em'!

I better stop complementing before I start to sound like Tanya...

Btw, why do people say "cheers"? Is it an English thing?

@Kravenwolf, I am stunned

Your skills are only surpassed by your generosity. Especially the abandoned church is an extremly versatile and usefull addition - the other two's quality also easily reaches the level of MPs from the store.

Thanks a lot! And Happy New Year

I have it too... This looks very nice, but it's sad that I missed it... Or is this one of those one day things and then you are not able to get tehm anymore? Well, these look amazing and I hope I could be able to use tehm in my games. But they are very nice indeed and I hope you have a nice day. Keep it up!
