well I've been there done that (asking people for stuff) but you have to offer them something, and show them what they're going to be rigging/animating. If you're just offering someone "credit" in your game, it's really not going to cut it. Try offering something you're good at making like custom entities or segments

general jackson are you known in the ways of x10?
im modelling, animating and saving as xfiles. some simple stuff works like my port cullis, works a treat with good texture sounds and all and i can get inanimate models in my game but getting my animated traps to work is a ball ache to say the least, before anything else i will await response on your x10 knowledge.
