well thats just a rubbish decal but if your pc sux and you cant efford a new one for nice water effects then try searching the forum for water decal

If your wanting some proper water with millions of other stuff like bloom, motion blur etc then click here

You need a good pc to run that MOD so please note that

And you will need to create a new folder called "flex" without the speech marks in your fps creator files folder

If you really want to go hardcore with these effects then I suggest you get a really nice pc, windows vista or windows 7 and get fps creator x10, it doesnt have much support to users but I hang out there sometimes and help ppl out with their problems

Nope, every version beginning at 2.0.1 and higher does not contain that bug anymore.

Im gunna keep that folder though just incase you do decide to allow custom shaders to be imported for the next version
