Ignoring the man above me, It is fine to purchase and use the model packs in other engines, although FPSCreator's included content should not be removed from FPSCreator unless in a 'FPSC' game I believe. Once you purchase a model pack there should be a 'For use in a different engine' or something similar download so that you can get access to the core textures and .x files rather than the .DBOs that 'FPSC' uses normally.

Can anyone confirm this? if not Ill double check tonight.

Much Thanks,
Svothe

not if you intend on selling the said engine with the models on the purpess of selling a game editor.like fpsc has modles in its pre made engine provided. If you want to make a game with the modles then yes you can.this is why fpsc has a seprete online store for single modles.

You can use them in your engine, but you can't sell the models with the engine or sell seperate. But you can use tehm to make your game with engine you made. I think it's like this.

What's your engine?

I want to use the models to create a game and sell the game. I am NOT selling a game creator tool of any kind that would compete with FPSC. So it looks like there is no problem with it.

My engine is my own. I was the lead PC graphics engine programmer for Sensory Sweep Studios so I'm perfectly capable of wring my own engine and so far its turning out sweet.

I'm writing a MMOG called Xenimus.

The models will also be converted to my engines proprietary format so other people can't use them.

Yep you may make a game in any engine and sell it with the Model Pack or Game Creator Store models.
