Won't run any executables including the included demos or the simple "Hello World". I have all the latest drivers, updates, etc for Windows and while I have DirectX 11 I downloaded 9 too. Still no luck. Any Help.

What exactly happens when you try to run an .exe?. This could be a very simple admin rights problem(Right clikc press run with admin rights), or a much larger problem
