what's wrong with my guy? or should i have FPI file for my model? Newbie..

Hello,
my model has .x ,.tga,.bmp and .fpe and when i bring to FPSC it looks something like this..

what's wrong with it? this is my anim list

Could you give us a bit more information. So far I can guess the scale, located inside the FPE file.
