There was several problems when i tried this script. I talked to ply about them and they were never fixed. So you may want to watch out.

Yes
Check out my chopper's thread.
The chopper hit the Game Creator Store just yesterday.
A dirt bike would be no problem using the same technique.
I was thinking about making a Bicycle next. (or a trike)

There are ways to make a simple "vehicle" in FPSC, but without a Mod you cannot leave first person view.

Many things come into play with vehicles, such as acceleration, turning speed, top speed, physics, etc.

A basic vehicle is simple enough to make on its own in your own game, but inside of FPSC there are many rules to follow, some of which break many aspects of a potentially great vehicle.

(The one aspect of which was broken due to FPSC's rules in Ply's Mod/Project Blue was the physics system... specifically the part that controls character entity physics.)
