I found that I had Henry Hams base mesh on my computer (tought I lost it) and turned it into modernday soldier playerlegs.

Since the main goal was to make some cool legs for the player I didnt bother to use the arms and head. But If you really like to have a character like this one I will see what I can do.



The texture goes well with my weapons

Thanks to Henry Ham for a great base mesh!

Included is a script made by someone in the old Project Blue team (I think it may be Plystire) to get the legs working.
I hope you don't mind.

Requires Project Blue (or maybe Project Green)

For commercial and non-commercial games.

No credit needed for the model(but I always like when someone adds me to the list )

You may host on your site etc as long as Joakim Olsson - Cyborg ART stands as the author

Do not sell!

Please take down that download, you can't share that model since it is FPSCX10 property

But I will send you a copy of the texture (since I have FPSCX10) where the arms and head is Alpha chanelled.

[edit] Bad idea since that would be redistributing the texture unaltered. But here is a .psd file with the Alphalayout, just make an alpha layer using the attached and head and arms will disapear.

Cyborg ART, nice job, the shoes look weird, maybe make them brownish like boots

Those boots are based upon something I found on internet, you are free to edit them

I am currently trying to make the texture look better with my weapons, since the legs texture is brigther than the arms

Could probably make some brown boots then

And thanks Henry Ham Its really easy to use it, even tough something went wrong with the skeleton so I had to re-rigg it

You mean if these are from Model pack 1? Then no. These are custom made (depends on how you count the use of Henry Hams base mesh )

Double post, but here is the edited (darker) version of the texture, fits better with my weapons

Also made the boots black since dark brown looked really weird and light brown didnt suit the rest

They are easy to spot, to the right and to the left of the body are the arms, you got hands that are easy to spot and the head is the part with eyes. Import the model in a 3D app and attach the texture and you will see what is what.

As Henry said, but I have to add that its worth the price over and over again. If you know how to edit the mesh you can save much money by making your own characters out of this than buying characters.
And you get exactly what you need

Well, this makes me want to put seeable body in my game! I never really thougt that I should be using one, as it's not necessary... well, I never was really into the seeable body thing (in FPSC), but this just might change my mind, if it works.

Hmm... You should copy the folder with the legs and put it into:
fps creator\files\entitybank\user

Then you should find it under user in the editor.

You rename the old texture to something like "original_D2", then paste the new texture into the folder.

I dont remember what the texture is called, but rename the new texture to the same as the old if necessary.

So... How exactly do I make this work?

I've tried putting the entity in a map and testing, but I just see the legs jumping repeatedly. I tried putting it and the player spawn on the same spot, but no luck.
