FPSC Classic Scripts / Is there a keyboard UI?

I am looking for a keyboard UI that can be brought up if my player approaches a computer in-game. I would like this UI to be interactive as well corresponding to the controllers key presses, does such a UI exist?

Why did I do that? Why WOULDN'T I DO THAT?!

you would have to write the UI in the FPSC source code (your own mod). at least thats the only way i know of

Uhh no, just use HUDs and a bit of FPI scripting to detect which keys are pressed...

Yes, simple enough to do but would need to be specific to your situation or computer functions. There is no pre-made script/HUD system for that reason.

Not necesserily If the player's typed message was recorded to a variable and detected by another entity, a generic script could be created without ever touching the keyboard script itself (only the entity script would need to be changed which reads what the variable is).
