Newcomers DBPro Corner / DBPro has a Broken GUI?

Ok, sorry to bother you all again but ive tried everything and I cannot for the life of me figure out what is wrong here.

for some reason or another, when creating a new project and selecting a directory via 'Browse' the directory i choose does not take, I have to manually type the file path i want. Usually I wouldnt mind so much its just that when you have a computer like my with deep file paths it can get quite tedious.

So, am i doing something wrong or is this a problem with DarkBASIC Pro?

This happens to me as well, all i do is create the project in the projects folder, then copy the project to where i want it.
