I heard fragmotion is a good animator. Also try Milkshape.

if you don't know how to use animation software, than you won't be able to animate your guns w/o learning them. don't expect people to do it for you.

And it's not easy. If you want something to be good, put a great amount of time into it - don't expect it to be easy or quick (also for that matter, clean, does anyone know what I mean?).
