The zombies don't animate, the ones that came with the origional entities set, and I want them to hear me and constantly follow me, even when I run into the next room or all the way acrossed the map. If I was within 800' distance units away I want the to be alert of me and then relentlessly attack, can somebody help?

-Thanks

PS. Also it would be nice if they attacked dynamics in their way then maybe attempt to move for a second and then attack the object again.

I also wish FPS Creator showed Unreal 3 how game making is done but that wont' happen, will it?

Don't post a request like this without offering money.

(Eh, maybe a nice forum member will do it for free.)

It's not really possible, as the AI system isn't very smart...As in, incapable of figuring out that it could get to you by going around that wall. It is possible, but I don't think that there is a standard one, and a custom one wouldn't be very good.

"And we played the first thing that came to our heads...Just so happened to be... the best song in the world...

it was the best song in the world..."

I tried to get one from script bank.
When you said "It's not really possible, as the AI system isn't very smart" you were wrong, I used Melerapid.FPI and it worked great. Almost perfect for i need animation and range. I will edit the code in DarkBasic and send you back the result script. I'm not idiotic, I can do a script by chaning numbers, thats all i need.

DB doesn't work editing .FPI files. When I open them in notepad and save as .FPI even not changing anything (only renaming the script), and add the script to main the zombies stand still, SAME SCRIPT and FILETYPE! How can I do it and make it work, any ideas please?

Your representatives should answer this question. I don't think your team at TGC releases Any extra information on scripting or eithier just a lack of effort on some crucial topics. Where am I to go for these THINGS?? You should take project blue, swollow your pride, and post the damn thing for 20$ USD on your homepage. Make a deal with them because this program is almost not convienent enough to work with. I waited 4 years before I could even use FPSC because of all the bugs, Even on my highend PC. I need to post this all over the forums because their is deffinately something up with FPSC.

There is a guide on scripting in the community guide. It is very helpful, try and check that out.

@fps build help

Calm down! Being angry isn't going to get you anything!
Now then, I suggest you just wait for Bond1's Zombie Apoc. pack cause it has a really good Left 4 Dead Style mob script, and it has a decent range.
