They probably don't visit existing threads in the WIP board too often, try e-mailing one of them.

Also, that new screenshot looks good, but too stock. try using a different wall segment for the one at the end, and try different ceiling/floor segments.

One recurring problem I've seen throughout this thread are the sizes of your rooms - they are all too big. That corridor doesn't need to be that wide. It just doesn't look right. I'd suggest scaling it down to just one segment wide instead of two.

That screenshot gave me a great idea. If you made a hud that was two black bars, one on bottom, one on top, it would look like a widescreen movie. Not necessary, but I think that it would look cool.

The screen looks much better. One other thing I've noticed is the roof. I'm not sure what you think, but I don't think it fits with the walls and floor. Perhaps think about using a texture very similar to the floor tile. I'd personally put the floor texture in a graphics program and remove the cross between the four panels, making one large one, and use that for the roof segment. I think that would make your room look much cleaner (and without random light sources in all of the segments).

I like the roof, but I think I should make the areas surrounding the light bars darker. Now that you point it out, I agree about it not fitting the walls and floor.

Edit: The mediafire link to the bar HUD, James, is dead

Alright, sorry for any disappointment, but I'm letting Rads go. As I've grown as a designer and writer, I realize that as a whole, every aspect about the game was amateur. And, yes I am an amateur game designer, but I don't have to make games like one. So now I hope I'm not flamed for being another designer who made promises that were broken, giving up on their game when "it looked so promising." I hope to start a new game eventually, but Rads was not the best. Forgive me. Could a mod please lock this, but have it available to unlock at my request if possible? If not, just lock it. Thanks.

I know...but at least this wasn't the normal "get so many comments/views then quit." WIP
But as I said, I don't want to make a game that's completely amateur :/
There was no way to really make this better. The story was just too far gone to save to make it somewhat professional quality and FPSC's too limited for what I had in mind. So it was just too many problems :/
