These boots, to replace the shoes in the previous picture.
I will choose the best one and pay the designer $70.

it wont work like that, you'll need to pick a designer based on previous work before they lift a finger, and if you want work from the better artists you'll pay more than that, or they will want to sell it to other people too

If you want top quality work, then I would recommend: Bond1, EAI, or Jon Fletcher. Although, expect to pay more than that for work from them. But there are various other artists who may not be quite as experienced, but still do decent-high quality models who will work for that price.
