What would be the best compiler you could suggest that will compile and build C/C++ executable with the Allegro libraries without much hassle (like with Dev-C++, I had to go through an annoying install process, I hated it).

I'll take any suggestions, especially if the compiler is free, and the person actually uses it and with the allegro libraries.

I've been outcasted from the public's society.
Why must I be outcasted here too.

My suggestion would be to use the DJGPP compiler because you don't need to pay a licence charge to use it, and there are some good IDEs for using the compiler. Ok, you do need to ensure that you've got all dependency files used by the compiler but just download the Allegro source and build that using DJGPP. It's pretty straight forward.
