Just make a rectangle, subdivide, and extrude the faces in.

EDIT: I've attached a small video example (messin' around with the new recorder software I've downloaded )

Kraven Wolf quick question What hot key did you press to shrink in the thing? Look at pic. I think you duplicated the side then resized It then made it a face. You may think im crazy but im just guessing.

No. I selected the front face, and then pressed E to extract. Then I clicked again in the same spot to set the extruded face, and then pressed S to scale it in to make the border around the window. Then I pressed W, and selected Subdivide, to make 4 seperate panes.

How does the oil lamp look. Ive never seen an oil lamp before but take a look. Sorry For the odd pic I hate the movement on Blender I dont know how to move around easily.

Also I am having some trouble with the handle Bar. It making me mad!

Ok Bloody James here is your model.
I tried hard. It was one of my first weird designs of a model.
