Are there codes for left and right mouse clicks that scancodekeypressed can capture and test? The keyboard codes are very clear.

No. The command is strictly for keyboard input. A seperate command will need to be used for detecting mouse input. At time of this post, the official versions do not have such a command but some Mods do.

Thanks for the fast answer.
Something about the action name referring to "keypressed" suggested the keyboard was the interface
Sounds like it's time to explore DBPro.
