Hey guys,

Sorry to hog up your forum but I have a little problem. I was following a tutorial by a FPSC user on how to get models that you made in google sketch up to FPSC. Well everything is going well until I tried to import a dome city (As a test) it actually went through!! I could place it on the map, the only problem is it seems to be taking the entire area of google sketch ups floor. The place where you put the models. It's hard to explain so I took a picture. Far to the left is supposed to be the city I can see it kind of but the floor part (which was not part of the model) is attached to it some how. Yea that entire blue area seems to be flooring lol. If any one could help me that would be appreciated. Thanks.

**Edit**

Ok nvm I was wrong, it is attahced to the model. Is there anyway I can take this giant floor thing off of the dome city?

**Another edit**

hahah sorry guys, I figured out how to take off the floor, still when I export the model though it seems to be exporting a giant floor with it, but in sketch up it does not show up.

Sorry for the double post, maybe this screen will help a little bit more, as you can see in the editor the gray floor is there yet on the right there is nothing there in sketch up.

Hmmm, no one? well can someone tell me if it's a complicated problem? or is it my own stupid doing. Probably an option in the program?

**Edit**

Donnae use sketch up laddie

Use Wings 3d, sketchup is NOT worth the effort it takes to get a decent model into FPSC.
