I remember that in old darkbasic clasic came a sample browser

Sure, but it's not exactly simple. I don't know why you want to write a browser. There are loads of perfectly functional ones that won't take you months to write.

in Blue GUI, there is a command to make a internet box, that goes to the url inputed. but not a browser.

Maybe his question is not actually if dark basic is capable of making browser.I think he need to know if it`s possible to browse through db application.I can be wrong about this...
