ok so made lamp and textured it , but when i test the game part of the model is transparent texture is in tga format

That would be because, the missing parts are coloured black, and fpsc reads black as transparent

So just turn up the brightness on the texture a little bit and it shouldn't affect the look I can tell it's a nice model and texture, too!
