For the grenade launchers in model pack 9 and 10, they shoot bullets instead of grenades. How can I change that into proper grenades? Also the M67 Frag doesn't explode. It just acts like a bullet.

There are 2 versions for each model of the 203. One of which fires bullets and the other the under-slung launcher. You can either use a mod which includes Airmods alt-fire gun spec options or for a sort of work around look at a solution I posted on a thread a little while ago.
