Cold Blood


Story:

I just woke up. The pain in my head just won't go out.
This is probably because the doctor hasn't visited yet today.
He always does. Ah,the pain... the memories... my family...

I killed them for no reason.
I just took that knife and stabbed them.
The screams are still in my head.

I'm going to be trapped in this asylum until they figure out, why I killed them.
The pain is getting stronger,I should visit the doctor myself,his ordinary is not that far away...

Background:

I played some scary games and watched some creepy movies in the past month. After seeing all horror games are nowadays pointed towards zombies,I decided to do something more immersive,focusing more on the story and scary gameplay rather than loads of action shooting. The game will have loads of exploring,puzzles and creepy parts of stories you will find by finding clues.

Ohoho Charger Bandit's making a new game
The story is ok,but I like to keep clear of the all "I woke up" story's.
The screens have the own style I might say,but there are just two thing I would fix.The rooms look quite bland and empty,and in the fourth screen the lamp is a little to big and to close to the ground.
I suggest using the ww2 ceiling lamp.
The dead body's look awesome,where did you get it.

Thanks guys,im trying to improve everything I can.

Zay: The dead body was made by me,I simply used fragmotion,opened mobzombie4 from MP39,went to the last frame of the animation and saved pose

Here are two new screenshots,the first one shows a nice broken wall at the end of the hallway and the other shows the updated ordinary room.

Some of the screens look just a bit dark, but this looks good

Nice shot I like the light colour, but I think, that maby try increasing the light range with 5 or 7 or something like that. Just to try it out. BUt the scene looks good

Thanks,I improved the lighting in the kitchen a bit.Level 2 is now done.The first two levels will be shorter,the levels after these two will be long with horrific creatures and puzzles.

The project is not dead,just on a small vacation I made some further progress,you find a tunnel in your basement. It leads to an abandoned military base.
