I can not find a command that will allow me to rotate a sprite or image around it's center.All my rotations appear to pin the radius of rotation to the upper left corner of the sprite or image.

note:to be used in a 2d program

Believe it or not I had tried the offset command and it did not work.Why not? Because I had it in the code sequencs - dumb me!
