How can i apply (in combination with CoD Modern Warfare Gameplay Pack health system and project green) a full screen blur when you're almost death? And how can i apply the effect that you can't hear all the sounds when you're wounded? Like you are a little time deaf.

The blur used in PB (which the COD pack uses) is motionblur. You can't use a Gaussian blur type thing in it.

Project Green cannot use full screen shaders.

Like the others have said, it may be possible in the upcoming update.

you could probably just make a HUD item that's transparent and have it appear when near death and then hide it when health is above a certain point.
