I recently discovered DropBox, a really useful online web folder, totally free. Not only can you share files with friends in a synced friend folder, you can also share files in links, like this http://dl.dropbox.com/u/911971/Capture.PNG. You get 2GB storage at first, totally free forever. For all files, private, friends and public, dropbox fully backs up all your files, like this:
Because of this, if you save project files there, you can return to earlier versions. The best part is these backups don't take away from your space!
